A Very Poplar Run is a fundraiser for Hermiston Agape House. Agape House is a Christian outreach whose mission is to provide basic services to those in need in Hermiston and surrounding communities.
"A Very Poplar Run" is featured in Runner's World as the December 2012 Rave Run.

EARLY PACKET PICKUP
Friday, October 21 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Oxford Suites in Hermiston.
REGISTRATION & COST
Pre-registration will close at 8:00 PM on October 20 - $25.00 on-line and mail-in.
On race day, registration is $30.00
T-shirts are $10 and are produced locally. In order for you to ensure
getting your t-shirt on race day, I must receive your registration by
Sunday, October 16.
HOST HOTEL
Oxford Suites Hermiston is the official host hotel of the Poplar Run.
How to wear your bib
The timing chip is located on the back of the race bib #. Please
do not remove this chip from your bib. Your bib # should always be worn
on your chest.

CLASSES & AWARDS
Unique wooden finisher awards will be given.
RACE DETAILS
Beginning at the Upper Columbia Mill the course will loop through
various ages of trees using the tree rows and connecting roads. The
running surface is a mixture of packed soils and smooth dirt roads.
